Ingredients
  

  • 4 Cups Self-Rising Flour
  • 2 Cups Heavy Whipping Cream

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees. In a mixing bowl combine the self-rising flour and heavy cream. Stir until just combined. Don't over mix. Turn the dough out onto a lightly floured surface and gently need a few times. Pat or roll out to about 1/2 inch thick. Use a biscuit cutter or a glass to cut out biscuits and place them on a baking sheet. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes until golden brown on top. Brush with melted butter and serve warm.
