- 3 lb Beef Chuck Roast
- 1 T Olive Oil
- 4 Garlic Cloves or 2 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Onion Powder
- 1 tsp Dried Basil
- 1 tsp Dried tarragon
- 1/2 tsp Smoked Paprika
- 1 Med. Onion, sliced
- 3-4 Carrots, peeled & chopped
- 3-4 Celery Stalks, chopped
- 8-10 brussell Sprouts, cut in half
- 1-2 cups Low-Sodium Beef Broth
- 2 T Coconut Aminos or Worcestershire
Generously season your roast with salt, pepper, olive oil, onion powder, basil, tarragon, and paprika.
