In another bowl, combine oats, flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
Stir dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until combined.
Fold in your favorite add-ins.
Scoop tablespoon-sized balls onto the baking sheet and gently flatten.
Bake 10-12 minutes until edges are lightly golden.
Let cool for a few minutes before moving to a cooling rack.
For extra nutrition, add 2 T ground flaxseed or chia seeds.
